Privacy Policy
Overview
ActVox Research (“ActVox”, “we”) helps you analyze and act on your online presence. This policy explains what we store, why, and the control you have. Strictly-necessary authentication cookies always function; non-essential analytics are governed by your cookie choices (see the Cookie Policy).
Data we collect
- Account identifiers and session (via Clerk) — for authentication.
- A website URL and business description you provide — to personalize AI output.
- Business profile fields and generated pages — your workspace content.
- Chat prompts and AI outputs — to run the agent and improve reliability.
- Product analytics (PostHog) — only with your consent (or, outside the EU/UK, under a notice you can opt out of).
- Support/debug logs and error traces — under legitimate interest for security and reliability.
How we use your data
To provide the workspace you request, personalize AI output, secure your account, and (with consent) measure product usage. AI processing sends your provided business URL/description and prompts to model providers to generate outputs. We never sell your data.
Your rights
Depending on your region you may access, export, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time (as easily as you gave it). You can change cookie choices anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Retention
Workspace profile, memory, chat, and generated pages persist for the life of your workspace and are removed on workspace/account deletion. Operational telemetry follows an internal retention policy and is purged or anonymized.
Subprocessors
We rely on Clerk (auth), Convex (database), PostHog (analytics), AI model providers, and LangSmith (agent observability). Each processes data only as needed to provide the service.
International transfers & contact
Data may be processed outside your country under appropriate safeguards. For privacy requests, contact the ActVox team. This draft will be finalized with legal counsel before launch.
