01How long does the analysis take?+
A full audit typically takes about 3 minutes. Our 9 AI agents work in parallel to analyze your SEO, AEO, social media presence, competitors, and content gaps.
02What platforms are supported?+
We currently generate content for Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. Support for YouTube, Facebook, Blog, Google Business Profile, Pinterest, Reddit, Discord, and Threads is in active development and rolling out through Q2–Q3 2026.
03Can I edit the generated content?+
Yes! All generated content is fully editable with a live preview. You can tweak copy, adjust tone, and customize everything before publishing.
04What is the Knowledge Base?+
The Knowledge Base is your AI’s custom memory. Add trusted sources — articles, competitor pages, industry reports, documentation — and the AI uses them to generate content that’s specific to your market, not generic filler. The more relevant sources you add, the smarter your content becomes.
05What are Sources and how do I add them?+
Sources are URLs that feed your Knowledge Base. When you add a source, we crawl it, extract content, and index it for AI retrieval. Add sources manually via URL, or use Source Discovery to auto-find relevant industry content, competitor articles, and authoritative resources. Each source strengthens your AI’s understanding of your niche.
06Do you post directly to social media?+
Not currently. We generate ready-to-publish content that you can copy and paste to each platform. Direct posting is on our roadmap.
07How is this different from ChatGPT?+
Unlike generic AI tools, we analyze YOUR specific business — your actual website, competitors, and market position — to create a tailored strategy, not generic templates.
08Is my data secure?+
We only analyze publicly available information. You can delete your workspace and all associated data at any time.
09Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel or stop using the service at any time with no penalties.
10Do you support N8N or integrations?+
Custom plans will include N8N and API access for enterprise workflows. This feature is coming in a future update.
11How much does it cost?+
Your first audit is completely free — no credit card required. After that, you can pay per action (reports from $15, content from $5) or subscribe to Pro at $200/month for heavy usage. Pro includes 15 reports, 100 content pieces, and unlimited strategy access.
12How does pay-as-you-go work?+
Pay-as-you-go means you only pay when you actively use a paid feature — no subscription, no monthly bill, no surprises.
Here's how it works:
- Start free. Run your first audit with no signup. View your SEO score, AEO score, and competitor overview.
- Sign in to save. When you want to save your report or unlock the full strategy, you'll be asked to sign in with Google or email.
- Pay only when you go deeper. When you click something paid — generate content, unlock the marketing strategy, run a second audit, export to PDF — you'll see a payment screen with the exact price for that action.
- One-click checkout via Stripe. You'll be charged once for that specific action. No subscription is created. Your card is only charged when you actively choose to do something paid.
- Use what you paid for. The feature unlocks immediately and you can use it anytime.
You're never charged automatically. Every paid action requires you to click and confirm. If you only want to run free audits, you'll never see a charge.
13What's the difference between free and paid?+
The free tier gives you one full audit with SEO scores, AEO visibility check, competitor overview, and top recommendations. Paid features unlock additional reports, the full marketing strategy, content generation, visual and video creation, and workspace management.
14How do credits work during beta?+
Each credit generates one full analysis: SEO audit, AEO audit, competitor analysis, social media scoring, content strategy, and 4-platform content — all in about 3 minutes. You start with free credits that never expire.
15What changes when paid plans launch?+
Free users keep their existing credits and reports. Paid plans will add unlimited audits, multi-brand workspaces, direct social publishing, and API access. No features will be removed from the free tier.
16Will my workspaces and reports carry over?+
Yes. Everything you create during beta — reports, content, calendar entries, knowledge base sources — transfers to your account when paid plans launch. Nothing is deleted.
